Below is a little info on how we do things in our shop...

Special Orders

• If you need a dozen or more you need to place a special order.  We book up fast everyday, so even if you need your cupcakes a few months in advance it's best to put it in the order ahead of time.
• We only accept special orders during business hours, and cannot take orders placed on the answering machine or through the website. Thanks for your understanding!
  
• Pick up times are between 10:30 am  and 5:45 pm daily.
• We do special decorations upon request.
• We offer mini cupcakes at $1.50 per cupcake. We require 48 hours notice and a minimum order of 1 dozen.
• There is a $25 cancellation fee for all special orders.
• It is very helpful to us if you know what flavors and quantities you want when you call to place your cupcake special order. Please review our options on our website. Thank you!

Cakes

• Any of our cupcakes can be transformed into a cake for $60.
• We require a 48 hour notice for all cakes.
  
• We have one specialty Carrot Cake that is not in a cupcake form and can only be made as a cake. (We were flattered that the creator of this cake was asked for the recipe by the head chef of Fleming's.)

Stands

• We offer a wide selection of cupcake stands and towers for any special order.
  
• We loan them out for a 48 hour time period. All trees and stands MUST be returned within 48 hours or there is a $75 penalty.
